Desiree Fleming is a licensed Minnesota private investigator with over 13 years of experience as a paralegal and legal assistant, including working in-house with a Florida-based insurer handling claims in suit and fraud matters. She holds an AAS in Paralegal Studies and a BS in Anthropology and Sociology, bringing a unique blend of legal insight and behavioral analysis to every investigation.
Desiree provides strategic investigative support to attorneys and insurers, specializing in records requests & analysis, OSINT, and social media investigations, witness locates, and case development. Her work is focused on uncovering critical facts and delivering clear, defensible findings aligned with litigation objectives.
Licensed in Minnesota and Florida and holding an adjuster license with additional training in computer-related crime investigations, Desiree is known for her discretion, analytical precision, and commitment to producing reliable, actionable results.
In addition, she volunteers as an investigator with the 4th District Ethics Committee, investigating professional ethics complaints against attorneys practicing in Hennepin County.
When not working, Desiree enjoys spending time kayaking, fishing, hiking, and spending time with her family.
